Every Trinity Peps product is supplied solely for legitimate laboratory research, analytical, educational, or development work conducted in a lawful non-clinical setting.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption. They may not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, administered, applied to the body, compounded, formulated for personal use, or used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
Not medical or consumer products
Trinity Peps is a research-material supplier, not a medical provider, pharmacy, outsourcing facility, compounding facility, dietary-supplement company, or veterinary provider. The site does not provide medical advice, dosing, reconstitution, administration, or treatment instructions.
Scientific names, mechanisms, publications, or third-party research are provided only as general research context and do not imply approval, safety, efficacy, or suitability for a person or animal.
Qualified purchaser responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether it has qualified personnel, lawful authority, suitable facilities, safety procedures, protective equipment, waste-disposal controls, and institutional approvals for the proposed research.
The purchaser must review the label, Safety Data Sheet when available, batch record, storage statement, and other applicable documentation before handling.
Prohibited activity
Prohibited activity includes personal experimentation; clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, supplement, household, or veterinary use; unauthorized resale; diversion; unlawful import or export; and any use that violates law or third-party rights.
Trinity Peps may refuse, cancel, investigate, or report transactions reasonably associated with prohibited activity, fraud, diversion, safety risk, or legal noncompliance.
Batch documentation and acknowledgment
Only documentation issued for the exact lot applies to that lot. Purity, identity, storage, and analytical values must not be inferred from another product, batch, general specification, or marketing statement.
By purchasing, the customer confirms that the order is for legitimate research only, accepts responsibility for lawful handling, and will not transfer the product to a person known or reasonably suspected to intend prohibited use.
