Agreement and eligibility

By accessing the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Research Use Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Resolutions Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Research materials only

Products are supplied solely as laboratory research materials for legitimate in vitro, analytical, or other lawful non-clinical research. They are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or household products.

Products are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, compounding, or administration of any kind.

Purchaser representations

By ordering, you represent that you understand the material and its hazards; have suitable facilities, training, procedures, and protective equipment; will independently evaluate fitness for lawful research; and will comply with applicable laws and institutional requirements.

Trinity Peps may refuse, cancel, limit, or request additional information for an order presenting compliance, fraud, safety, payment, resale, or misuse concerns.

Orders and product information

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when shipment is confirmed. We may correct errors, change availability, impose quantity limits, or cancel and refund an order before acceptance.

Batch-specific purity, identity, results, storage, and documentation apply only when a genuine record is published for the exact lot. A document for one batch must not be attributed to another batch.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Trinity Peps name, logos, artwork, text, graphics, downloads, and site design are owned by or licensed to Trinity Peps. You may not scrape, copy, interfere with, bypass security, misuse accounts, submit false information, or use the site or products for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Peps is not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

Disputes, law, and contact

Contact support@trinitypeps.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution before filing a claim. These Terms are governed by Missouri law. Subject to applicable consumer rights, venue lies in the state or federal courts serving the Trinity Peps Missouri business location.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The posted version may be updated prospectively.
