Returns and Resolutions Policy
Eligibility, reporting windows, evidence, replacements, credits, and exclusions.

Contact support@trinitypeps.com before returning any item. Include the order number, product, lot number, reason, and photographs when condition or shipment accuracy is involved.
Do not ship a return until written authorization and instructions are issued. Unauthorized returns may be refused or destroyed.
Eligible unopened returns
An unopened, unused, undamaged product with its original tamper-evident seal and labeling intact may be requested for return within 10 calendar days after delivery. Approval is subject to product integrity, traceability, safety, and applicable law.
Approved discretionary returns may be reduced by original shipping, return shipping, unrecoverable payment-processing costs, and a reasonable inspection or restocking charge where permitted by law.
Non-returnable products
Opened, used, reconstituted, altered, relabeled, improperly stored, temperature-abused, tamper-compromised, custom, clearance, final-sale, international, and unauthorized-resale products are non-returnable.
For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, returned research materials are never restocked for resale.
Damage and incorrect shipment
Report damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect items within 72 hours and preserve all packaging. If verified, Trinity Peps may choose an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.
A cosmetic packaging variation that does not affect identity, seal integrity, quantity, or documented specifications is not automatically a defect.
Refunds and consumer rights
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where practicable. Payment providers control posting or network timing after submission.
Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
